Nice to hear from you again Holgs. We got a release date on the book, i need to try get all DTT's books finished before yours arrives.

3 mile run done today

he has plenty more than me to read, and very good too.

January is all I know at the moment, cover designs being done this week, and my editor is almost done. So hopefully be up for pre-ordering before too long.

Training going well at the moment Will, what did you do tonight?

PM
- 90min spin .. Zone 2 again

Odd question Will (as I'm away travelling). Do you hotel it when you're away, or do you have a pad?

I'm hoping to meet up with a few of you. will post on the ridgeway thread to find out how to recognise you all, unless your all wearing pirate gear?

IronCat ... I stay in a B&B ... I pay a weekly rent for the room rather than the B&B terms .. same price no matter how many nites per week i use it.

That way i get the benifit of bot worlds
 - I keep my room so get to leav thngs there
 - dont have to worry about utilities etc

Morning all

Run and swim done before work, first time in the pool for 4 weeks, swam like a brick. Nowt new there then.

Good work Holgs.  I swam last night, not bad, feel SOME improvement.  I've got a swim trial for NEWTS in 3 weeks.

I've entered a hilly/muddy half marathon in Bath at the end of November, and a 65 mile bike on Dec 16th in Gloucester.  Just to keep the motivation up

Cheers mate - glad you are getting to feel that you are improving, great when that happens. Good luck with the swim trial.

Need to look at entering some races I guess.

There's a little race in Lanzarote in May which some of us have entered Holgs if you fancy joining us?
