Apparently it's finally listening, I may well have been a little over zealous yesterday though by starting my normally already gym rat fit 12 week German Body Conditioning Programme when I am very far from being gym rat fit....
Yesterday was pretty much every variation of squat known to man with chins, curls, CrossFit situps and Glute Ham Developers thrown in just to focus the pain somewhere else in between the squats...
Reckon by the time next September swings around I should be half the person I am today!
