Well that's day 3 of Fink done - seems quite easy, reckon I could keep this up for 30 weeks, 45 minutes on a bike

Nice going all.

The first few weeks of Fink do seem extremely easy and you do wonder what the fuss is about

Nice training everyone, and well done on the swim PB Brit.

Done an easy hour on the bike this morning just spinning yesterday out of the legs, coached swim tonight.

Yesterday started the day with a 3 mile run and finished it with a 10 mile run which included 30 x 30 seconds efforts with 30 seconds jog recovery. Hard but fun session.

Nice running Badger, and well done on the swim pb Brit!  Heading off for a swim in the morning, then a 10 mile run Saturday (to watch my son playing footie .... multi tasking!)

Swim trial for the local tri club a week next Tuesday, any NEWTS here?

Good running Badger

Good swimming Brit

Just back from a wee spin.  As with my running, after the hip/back issues I'm building up my time in the saddle gradually. So today was 48omething min (zero'd the Cateye by mistake before I made a proper note of the time!), 12.6 miles, which Mr Cateye tells me is ave 15.7mph.  Happy enough with that.

Yes miss

Outdoors in t' fresh air Melds.

I need a new helmet, mine hasn't fitted properly since I had my hair chopped.  I'm also looking for something warm but breathable and not too bulky to wear under it, to keep my wee lugs warm because.

Reading this makes me feel tired.

Last night turned in to 5 x 500m with 300m RI. All about 1:50. Combined with Tuesday's fast session and two return trips to Wales make me very very tired. No turbo tonight.

Half term next week, and the week off!

The sad thing is I looked at that and couldnt work out if it was a swim or run set and would be happier if it was a swim set

Bath and bed for you, sleepy Cat. Good training.

Just realised that my "48:  something" got turned into a smiley
