1hr swim and 30 min turbo done yesterday followed by 30 min run this morning.
I have my first Christmas bash tomorrow evening, friends to visit tonight and 4 teenage boys home tonight and tomorrow.
I have non standard pirate dilema, involving hair do's for parties.
I need to turbo 1 hr and run 1hr this weekend but on Sunday I will be very hungover, tomorrow at 1pm I get my hair done for the sat eve party, I mustn't wash it between now and then.
So how on earth do I fit the training in? 1hr run or 1hr turbo will necessitate washing hair and I'm not going to be well enough to do both or possibly either on Sunday.
Can't do either tonight as visiting friends straight from work and not home till late.
Also fingers crossed my house survives the boys, so far there's been damage done everytime. Nothing major just BB pellet dents in walls or deoderant spray wars taking the shine off door handles etc.
