Sick, snotty weans  .  That's put paid to my swim and run today, will need to get the pencil out and rearrange the Fink days.............again.

Sorry about that Nursey.  I try not to get too anxious about missed or swapped session, no matter what Fink says in the book.  And as my splendid mentor has said, it's a plan, and one size doesn't fit all. Life intrudes!  Hope they're better soon.

I do jiggle the days around all the time to fit with my shifts, hubby's shifts and the kids. I just thought I'd done all my swapping for this week!
Unless they have a limb hanging off, they're going back to school tomorrow

30 min recovery turbo at lunch. To save time I followed Raf's example and ate my lunch on the turbo.

Ironman Louisville day 1 training complete.  I'm pooped! Yeah, so what if it was a rest day?

(In all seriousness, will be running a bit later as I'm still keeping my running streak alive at 240 something days in a row)

The tri yesterday went well.  It was a super sprint, and I cut off 6 minutes from last year include a 7:38/mile pace on the run.  Super stoked at that. I did update my blog with the story if anyone actually reads that rag besides my mom (what the heck is a mum anyway?).

I managed a 45 min core session at the gym but 'forgot' about the turbo

Cat - will post pics when next at computer but I'm deffo changing the wheels or tyres or both... Currently bidding on some wheels on fleabag but if I win those I prob should put them on Jessica...

Anyway today's training was gym now in queue for shower at home, must get one of those led position/counter screens for bathroom

Tomorrow is turbo!!! 9 x 5 intervals 10 min warm up, 5 min cool down - looking fwd to it!!!!!!

I watch Netflix when on turbo, it's like having the tv all to myself... Never happens in this house otherwise

I think my turbo is under a pile of washing somewhere ... and the bike thats on it

I tend to use the spin bikes at the gym instead these days

Enjoy the intervals Gas, feel the pain!

First Du this year at the weekend. Could be a shock to the system, especially trying to stay upright around Dorney Lake on the TT bike .
