Afternoon everyone!
Yesterday was a good day. Before breakfast: 90min turbo in the garage before going straight out for a brick run of 30 mins at a steady pace. After lunch: Train to London. Evening: Kreftwerk at the Tate Modern with my 60 somethings Father. Smiles all round.
I had hoped to go to the pool early evening for a 2k endurance swim (WU 300m - Main 15 x 100m at race pace +10s with 15 secs rest between reps - Cool Down - 200m). Remember, I'm only going half distance this year (Sept) so I'm not needing to put too much into the pool so early in the build phase of things.
That said. I'm quite pooped from yesterday so I may give it a miss or simply swim a slow and steady recovery work out.
