Whats a washing machine? Is it the same as a wife?

Good swimming guys.

Done an hour swim tonight. Had a go at bilateral breathing, did it for half a dozen lengths. Felt a bit awkward but i think a bit more practise will sort that out

45 min turbo, then a quick run in the cold.  Felt good.  I seem to fly off the bike, maybe it just feels quick.

Tim, I always run better off the bike, you are nicely warmed up and the cadence is 'there' following the bike
(its all relative and I still run like a lumbering thing)

I run quicker coming off the bike and in training I have to concentrate on keeping it together and not going out too hard and fast.

Returned to proper running last night with a few 1500m intervals.

feeling less crappy today (got a good night's sleep last night which helped) so have walked dog at brisk pace, done a 40 min Chrissie Wellington audiofuel session on the turbo and then half an hour of kettlebells and core. phew. tgi lunchtime

I feel like that all the time Spoons (hungry, that is, not pleased with my swimming!).  Probably a tapeworm.

1hr 05 on the bike.  Jeeeeeeeeeez it's cold out there, my arse is like a block of ice.  Warm hands and feet tho' - odd.
Not the best training week, a couple of sessions missed due to work/kids/hubby/life in general.  Still, will manage my long bike tomorrow and long run on Sat.
