Dave the first couple were fine, he is 15 but 6' tall and was on the kids part of A&E, i think that the final nurse had had enough of him moving around and i think they thought he wasnt taking them seriously. I had already given him as strong a warning as i could taking into account the circumstances, His Mum couldnt stay in the room and had to keep going outside for fresh air.

Have just finished work early to come home and check on them. He is ok but very sore and stiff neck resembles frankensteins monster when trying to move

Just had a chuckle as I drove home on the M56, and could see the Mersey view...

How times have changed though. My son hasn't passed his driving test yet, don't think he has any intention of doing so, but his girlfriend has and she has a car. In his mind if he passes he might have to drive and hence not drink! I find i hard to argue with his logic!!

I only had a motorbike til I was 23, So was useless for group trips out, And always had to get lifts in others cars !!

So we going to see you at swim training on Saturday ?

I too went for the bike thing until I got married at 22, then had to go for the sensible car option. 

A couple of cycling friends of mine have invited me on a ride in the Peak District on Saturday and for some reason I've agreed to give it a go. They tell me we're only (?) doing 40 miles and its not too hilly!

Where do you do your swim training, what time etc? I do need to bite bullet some time soon so if I'm free (I'll need to check with my better half!) I'd certainly be up for it the following week.
