I wonder how many miles can we put in on the swim, bike and run cumulatively!

Lets see how long it takes us to get to Australia!

We can start today - 10 Sept. I just did a swim today but can get ball rolling.

Swim - 1500m
Bike -
Run -

OK. I'm off to the gym later to spin for 45 mins, so I'd estimate that would be about 12 miles (bit conservative) and a 4 mile run.

Swim - 1500m
Bike - 19 km
Run - 6 km

How do I log core stability work as cumulative mileage?

So far today:

Swim 2K
Bike 14 miles
Run 4K

Will have another 14 miles to get me home.

ski machines, concept rowers, ect count i reckon!

ok so that makes us:

Swim - 3500m
Bike - 26 miles
Run - 6 miles

not bad, i reckon that gets us out of london

Did 15(24K) miles on the bike this morning and am running 7(11K) miles tonight may go swimming depends on the footy, if I do 3000m, if Scotland win (unlikely) then there is no chance of me swimming.

Including up till this coming sunday:

5k run last night

Run 26K (10k + 11k + 5k)

(You can also have 21K from bristol half if you like....)
