Great to hear youve entered SA, youll love it.On the bike course watch out for the West Bay Bridge, you go over it twice and it can be a shock to ascend beyond 5m above sea level

Taking the opportunity to cover 1,500 miles of Florida (excluding the 140.6 man-powered), ending up in Miami for a few days, was very much icing on the cake.I'm sure you guys will have an awesome time!
