how much more time on average do you spend in training for an IM in comparison to mara training??

probably about 3 times as much is a good rule of thumb

have signed up for this, after many years of doing tri's and definately avoiding the IM. A milestone year approaches next year and I guess I can't knock it until I've tried it. So it is good to know others are doing this and I look forward to a post race party.

they reshowed monaco HIM again. not IMCH. channel five always do that - never show what they say they will.
