well come to CH then... you get a whole 2 months more to train... so some time to practice ow swims and even do some hills on the bike..

I will be there, I have also to go back to a lake in germany some time to settle a few scores but that can wait. ............................ Sub 12 I think should be the target for us both Nam

Sub-12 for the swim... yeah that sounds about right...  you can draft behind my large rear!!!  Then bike next day... run day after... it is a three day event isn't it??

Trust me you guys you can not be as bad as i was when i started...

You can already swim... I was entered and my swimming instructor just said, "you want to do what?" when my current level of swimming prowess was displayed at that fateful first lesson....

that is fine you have a 16hour time limit at CH and the aid stations have the best choice of food you will ever see at an IM...

Lots of chance for families and spouces/partners /friends to have a go too.

On the Saturday there is Olympic and sprint distance races and on Sunday while the bike phase of IM is going there is Ironkids which are all triathlons... Ironkids
