Attention parents! New on the IMDE website is an Ironkids race scheduled for Friday 21st July. All kids from 5 up can take part - the 5-year-olds only have to run (500m), the older age-groups have a bike lap and then a run, obviously increasing in distance with ages. Entry is 7 Euros, closing date 14 July 06. No limit on entries.
