2 hours on the bike for me today, during which I did reflect that in 10 weeks time im hoping it will be sweat dripping off my chin instead of rain water.

A couple of my long bike rides I didn't eat of drink enough because it was too cold to remove my face buff!!

Yay.... Its 22 degrees
Thats coz i am on an early recon in lanza
Bike survived the journey so thats good.
2k swim in the morning is less good but tjen its an easy 90k bike day to shake things down and see whats what.

Can i bore you with the camp blog?

Not trained for a week due to a knee injury.

A gentle turbo this mornig to test if its mended. Think I might be a bit under cooked for Lanza.

Ohh I have a question, in either distance or time, how long is your longest run in training?

I might just beat the cutoff time!! Then retirement.

Has anyone any idea if there is a shuttle service from PDC to LaSanta and back, not sure who else is interested and will be there in time but im looking for options to register Thursday afternoon (rather not do it on Friday so I can chill out / rack).

Looks like there's a shuttle bus on the Thursday but you have to register for it.

Quick search reveals its 40 euro from the airport to La Santa by taxi, so would be about the same from PdC???

Im keep to share a taxi, but not keen to have to wait around for the faff of the race briefings unless the general consensus is that we should or others want to.

15.00 - 18.00  Pre-race information, Club La Santa Square (English, German, French, Spanish)

Id rather register, have a quick look at the expo and get back to PDC
