Only 10.... My word! Did my first Olympic in east anglia recently second ever ow sw... Was interesting but managed 2:53 and felt fine. Left my feet in tatters though and am only just up to running as normal. Got the marlow half iron distance coming soon and feeling ok for it. Still feel a bit I'll equipped... Will check to see if I can make full course ride... Need to calm myself down a bit I think lol

Chris I'm doing Marlow as well, I will have spent the previous week travelling in the US but thank god for the Y and their swimming pools & the hotels I've booked all have gyms, may have to do some work as well which is a bummer.

You can always bail out on the first loop in Tenby after 70 odd miles.

I'm down this weekend.  Full swim and full bike, not bothering with the run.

Bike will be intereting, still haven't gone over 75 miles this year, so it'll be a challenge.  Either a confidence boost, or a kick up the arese I need.

Weather looking good too, and sea should be calm.

It shouldn't matter to you M tri whatever the sea is doing as you are a strong swimmer

Mouse sounds like a cunning plan
