There is a simple explanation, honest .

I was looking at the results of the World Half Marathon Championships in Birmingham last weekend.  Our friend was competing, albeit not at the sharp end.  It's a name that stands out, so to speak.

Sounds like a made up name like the comedy professions that appear on IM profiles.

Have any regular pirates stopped posted recently or 'are travelling for a race overseas'? Could they have entered under a comedy name?  I wonder if Mike Hunt was also competing?
