Is this the most bizarre injury ever?

Tarining for tri yesterday did a brick session of ~ 4reps on bike and then short runs. Woke up this morning with a stiff knuckle on my forefinger which is decidedly swollen. Can only assume that it is from pressing the button too vigourously at the start of each split!!! Can anyone else top that?

Did 15 fast min on the rower at the gym, when I got off i couldn't feel or straigten any of my fingures out of the grip posistion. Had to get an ice pack from the first aider but i couldn't pick it up to press against my knuckles

Meant to say pressing the split function on my Timex ironman watch!!! Very wussie ..... but at least I can still swim, cycle and run
