Full report to follow on my blog but holy cow. I feel 100 time worse than I did after my Ironman. Was shooting for 4:45 but didn't quite work out that way and finished in 5:19.

26.2 miles in the bank though IY, it was just one of those days. Enter another IM to get over it heheheheheheheheh
