Hi PerriPerry,
I did the Lymm sprint tri last year and it took me 2.17 yet Sunday I did it in 1.51. I've just been doing more bike training and brick sessions and it seemed to do the trick

AMAZING day - my first triathlon was every bit as i'd hoped
I felt really strong on my swim and could have gone faster but i'm still learning my pace.

SPRINT
1:39:26 5th in my age group

Any one suggest the next triathlons i should be entering? Baring in mind THEY ARE RATHER EXPENSIVE lol

Planning on Tatton park end of yr and poss Llanduno next month. Suggestions would be GREAT but have to be open water and not in a pool for my liking

cheers and WELL DONE everyone

My first openwater tri, I've done 2 pool based this year to prepare for this. Time was 1:31:06, which made me 18th female and 8th in my age group. I'm quite obviously made up with this. Bike was the strongest for me, then run next. Transitions weren't too bad but definately time to be taken off.
