Sorry to hear a Monday is difficult for you, Caz. The date was picked after listing what days worked for over a dozen people (and a spreadsheet that appeared to divide opinion). This was the only date that everyone was free. Hopefully see you at the January one or Meldy's centenary bash?!

I thought it was very festive, what with it being red and green and all...

Ok, that's amusing and a little bit strange at the same time. Did someone really make a spreadsheet for 12 people? I have more people in my office and we just talk to each other.

Sorry, my bad. Over a dozen maybe means 15 at best.

I couldn't ever imagine organising that many people without a spreadsheet.

Yeah I did. It had colours and everythink.

Sometimes when I make spreadsheets for my holidays, I put the easyJet bit in an orange box with white letters. According to their corporate style guide the font is (somewhat ironically I find) called Cooper Black.

Why waste a resource ike paper when the computer is already on and burning energy?  I'd have gone for the spreadsheet too

Which is all fine, but I bet the parties you organise aren't banging. My enduring memories of 'some' of the Pirates at socials are people who don't engage socially at all and then post online about what a great time they're having. No, you're fucking not, you just want an online 'persona' and you're boring as fuck. However, to balance that there are some social gems out there. *smiley face makes all posts socially acceptable*

It's kinda like being a lady. If you have to tell people you are, you're not.

Now is not the time for personal admissions... What are you, some drama Queen?

What's the first favourite cider Mrs F, I'm torn between Stowford and Aspalls, but Aspalls feels wrong as it's not West Country.

30/10/2013 at 20:29
So what beers do they serve?? I'm wondering If I could wangle a flex day for the tuesday! But I need to know that it would be worth the trip!!

Melds, you *know* you want funkin to sport the Funky Trunks at the social. Even if you don't, he'll probably do it anyway...

Lil Sis I think a flexi day is in order regardless !

Aspalls is First Fave, Kate. I discovered it when we were on the Broads a few years back and had to be moored up by 4pm each night as it was October...not much else to do besides drink Aspalls and eat scampi 'n' chips   funkin did arrange once for the Westons lorry to deliver me 48 bottles of Stowford though...! *hic*
