Yes. Well it was last year. The Ironman mara is hilly but not *that* hilly. It was 4 loops

Great idea for a hen weekend. I left wanting to go back for IMW or the LCW next weekend.

I think most of Tenby heard me whopping when I got up Wiseman

DimTrimTris, I am sure you will love it. If I go again I would upgrade to a caravan, camping always seems like a good idea but after the storms this year I may be in reitirement.

If its a 'mixed chicken' do I could be persuaded back, if only to be able to get my hands on the yellow medal.

DTT as Hope says the marathon course is a four lapper headed out from Tenby along the main road (A478) and then back in again to loop through (it felt like) most of the streets of Tenby itself.

Results are out.

Chuffed with my swim, although I suspect it wasnt as far as the estimated 2.4k
