Sorry - I messed up. I have been out injured and was so demotivated I did not even bother to enter a target for the first week of Feb I'm going to drop out of this as I need to take each day as it comes running wise. Sorry to let the team down

Back on track with 17 of original 19 carrying on.

Do not over do it, stay healthy and run safe everyone.

Blimey. Went out for a little run with Southville tonight. The closest matched group was 10k @ 9:30-10:00/m
Ended up doing just over 7 so I thought I'd tag another bit on. Done my first required long run as the first run of the week
I've knocked my expected number if runs down slightly too, takes a hot of pressure off as work is mental at the mo

Frost back this morning, at least the high winds had died down.

Need to do my LSR tomorrow,

going to apologise in advance here peeps.  am currently carrying a calf injury/shin splint which means i can't run at the moment.  picked it up on sunday, thought i'd be ok on monday and am now currently in pain whenever i try and run.  need to give it a rest for a week or so and see if it sorts itself out.

sorry if this f*cks up the team scores

Sorry to hear this JD2, hope it gets better soon.

I thought from previous posts that we hadn't got 100% in January?  Maybe I misunderstood, but anyway we got mentioned in the latest marathontalk episode as one of the teams on 100%.

I've submitted this weeks runs.  Due to a rejig of my recent training I ran 20m instead of my scheduled 16m this week.  I can confirm that there is no penalty for going over-distance.

Sorry to see some people having to drop out.  Hope you all get back on track with your own plans soon.

Under my expected 8 miles, but I've already achieved the distance this week. Plus it was bloody cold and wet and I was getting a chill

Runs complete for the week including just getting back from a really muddy XC half marathon, tired but happy
