I'm new to this, but I think it would harm the teams performance Gladys. From what I understand, it is all to do with consistency, so, if you say you will do the 3 runs a week, and then you pull out, then it would be a mark against the team. But then, I think we only need about 90 % of the team to complete their goals each week to get top marks, so at 15 members, we could have 1 member fail their commitment for each week.
