just back from my 1st jantastic run, will log it in a bit.

Did something a bit different, rather than pound the streets in the dark as I would normally do on a Tuesday night, took a headtorch and went through the woods and along the canal towpath really enjoyed it, but it was only really dark for the last bit.

i did my first run today - i was going to update in one go after my last run for the week. Are we meant to upate day by day?

It's a marathon... not a sprint 

Khanivore - you can update daily, or weekly.  As long as you update the full weeks runs before the weekly deadline it doesn't matter.

Whenever you like, as long as its by 8am the following tuesday.

I like to log mine as and when I do them.

This will soudn daft, but do I just select 1 run, tehn submit (for teh first run) then 2 runs and submit again for the second, and so on?

I thought you just ran a wek then submitted the number of runs you managed?

Yes, but as I said above, it's up to you when you enter your runs.

You don't get extra for running more runs, but you do lose points if you run less.

i've done 3 out of my 4 runs. I will update on sunday night - hope that is ok.

Run 3 of 3 will be tomorrow then, cos I'm currently running alternate days, run 4 of 3 will be on Sunday. Next week there's only 3 running days, week after is 4 again, then bac to 3.

If I log all four runs in the 4 run weeks, is the team going to get penalised?
