Well done Foxy Lady! 

I've lost a bit, put on a bit and then lost it again the last couple of weeks and am still trying to get under that 11st mark!  Still, I've lost a couple of inches off my belly, one off my hips and bit more off my boobs, so suspect that will all the tri training I'm doing I'm gaining muscle as well as loosing fat.  I am now starting to be able to fit into clothes I haven't worn in a couple of years which is great.  I have thrown away the horrible work trousers I was wearing because they were all that would fit, and now have a different skirt or pair of trousers for every working day of the week!

I may have to rejoin soon; away, eating too much and no scales to scare me but lots of miles run may help, will know tomorrow! Yikes!!!

I am still losing1lb a week, now down to 121...still a few to go...

Thanks B, bizarely I lost a lb!  Did run a lot, but still no rhyme nor reason considering what I was eating and drinking. Long may it last!
