I have got me a Proper Bike.... goodness me, it's a bit of a revolution, being able to whizz along with little effort, to walk along with it without it feeling like it's got a mind of its own, and to be able to cycle up hills without dying on my ar*e.....!! 
Suppose I'd better enter this now, being as I have managed to carry out stage one of my promise to myself (to get a Proper Bike) - now, then, how does one go about this bike training mularky? Same sort of principles as running - speed sessions, long slow rides, blah blah blah?
