Alternatively there are some reasonable trails just outside Bristol!! Could blow the cobwebs away on the morning after the party!! *runs away very quickly*
I dont think ill be doing any excercise the morning after the party, other than to find a medicinal full English

It's Happychap's fault - should be fun though. Basically collect as many checkpoints as poss out of 20 spread over 12k trail run and 18k MTB within 2hrs. Oh, and penalties for every 30secs over the 2hrs if you're late back.
Oh yes ... I have heard of similar, sounds fun!Perhaps we could all defer to that
