Love to, but "failed" the ECG yesterday. On the other hand, DK's kebab promise is intact I hope? Let's see what the doc comes up with.

Appears that's what binned me. We think. Yes, underlying dicky ticker which won't fecking settle down now despite 3 weeks recovery.

And I want an "eat off" with Cake.

Down but not out DB!

And DK looks nothing like I imagined. You look, well, healthy!

Dustboy, take care and keep your spirits up. It sounds like what happened at Outlaw could be the best thing that could have happened to you as I guess you wouldn't have found out about the underlying problem otherwise.

Donna Kebab LOL

DK - yep, training coming along fine, my aim is just to complete within the 7 hour cutoff! Will be nice to have a good forum presence, I am used to doing everything on my own

Firsties careful far to early to start "training" yet now to dec is the time to address your limiters cant / crap swimmer get lessons , not confident on the bike lots of easy bike rides road/ mountain bike anything carrying a couple of extra stone? Start to get that diet cracked dont be a monk but start cutting the junk and espcially the booze if you are still knocking back that bottle of red on a sat night when you start training proper you will struggle to get up and get them long rides n runs in and get reading for starters
Be Ironfit
