...and i bet when you saw me putting my sun cream on in the morning you thought WTF was i doing - it was so overcast. Older and sometimes wiser well actually lesson learned from the hot weekend before
you big woman! Real men don't wear suncream (and then cry about it for days afterwards)
...45 minute pool swim really hurt this morning, had to sack yesterday's planned swim off as I got out of bed and could barely move my arms!!
