PP.......can you do Sunday............saturday i can go early or mid morning but must be out of the water by 11 am....sunday I can do any time at the moment..................i don't mind doing both days.........

Can do either Saturday early (long bike Saturday so don't want to start too late) or Sunday any time.

OK, decision time. I can swim Saturday morning, can get there for 9:15-9:30, and OK for an hours swim, so out of the water at 10:30.

Sorted, long bike starts 11'ish then. Might have to squeeze the run in early. Ho hum.

I'm long biking on Sat so it would be difficult to get there in the morning as it's a bit of a drive, so Sunday would be good if you're sure about doing both days Seren. Any time preference for you? I'm pretty flexible though after 10 would be better

Sunday would mean that I've done 3 swims this week, first time this season and they're all OW

So I'm more than happy to do Sunday too, 10 would be more preferable to 11 so I have more time in afternoon.

brilliant swimming in the sun this morning

river was quite calm...........trying to work out how far through the autumn/ winter i can carry on swimming in it

It was an awesome swim thank you!

My long bike is destined not to happen, had to do overtime in work this morning, so brought the bike with me. Set programs to run while I was riding, went to car and set up bike - no bike shoes - DOH! Another longish run done instead, I forget how stunning the bay is sometimes.

Try again tomorrow in two sections around work )

Looking forward to the next river swim - there and back twice would only be 400 mtrs short of IM (Gmap measured it at 1.7k)

I'm back home on Friday...............anyone up for a swim saturday or sunday

I did a sea swim last night wuth exeter tri club and my swimming was definitely better than last year........I think the river swimming is helping

I can't commit at the moment, Sunday is a definite no, but Saturday might be do'able. I'll lurk to see if anything arranged and turn up if I can
