We may have to grade the swimmers so we end up with all the faster people in one lane and all the not so fast people in another and then all even not as faster as the not as fast people in another

I'm approx 45 minutes, but last year got dragged along by DK and Marshallini and ended up at about 39 minutes

I'll be in the slow lane then, about 50 mins.  

One less for Sunday, LeeK can't make it now.
