We have a new caravan and are looking at dropping the kids of at the inlaws and making a weekend of it. Just need to find a camp site close by!

i really wanted to do this again but it dont fit in with my training so well this year so what im thinking of doing is coming down on the sunday and while you lot are in the pool, i will be on the bike putting in a few laps and will continue to just do laps for as long as theres is another person still on the bike course, when the last person finishes their bike stint ill then go onto the run if that makes any sense.

Are you using the same bike and run route Q?

Bike route is still the same, run route is still the same but will be tweaked evry so slighty to make the full distance, but I seem to remember you went wrong every lap anyway on the run!
