Popping in for interests sake.
1.2 miles in a Cheshire mere
a cycle ride from Macc to Buxton to Whaley Bridge to Macc (twice)
13 miles up into the reservoir country
Nope, not a hill in sight. (Becaues the mists will obscure them). Very scenic.
Are you sure the snow will have melted from the Cat and Fiddle road?
I'm seriously thinking of this "event".
The route is not hilly, I ride cat and fiddle a lot and its not in that league.
Its a 5 mile loop that is undulating but can not be described as hilly
The run is 3 mile loop.
The reason for loops is that its easier to manage 1 feed station (same one for bike and run) and the amount of direction signs that have to put up the day before and then taken down the day after.
