Team Muckee is currently assessing her sporting future as I don't adapt to training as well as others might. I may concentrate on running and swimming, but cycle leisurely/socially until my run times improve, maybe in a year - 18 months. May do some sprints and Olys purely for fun and to keep my hand in.
I am finding I am probably getting more enjoyment from supporting/marshalling at longer events rather than taking part
