I will try to get there for around 5.  I hope I recognise some of you and don't end up wandering around the pub aimlessly until someone takes pity on me.

Hope, isn't the traditional dress code, "Whatever Finisher's Top You Have From the Season"...with jeans and sky-scraper heels?

GB has 'high-orthotics', but not a fini..............

Saucony 10k, back in February..... The only race I have finished this year

I like the idea of parkrun... but Nonsuch is soooo far away!

Mrs f - good choice, though it has been really busy already there this week,

I was thinking of heading to LMNH on Saturday... just how busy do you think it could be? And what time should I try and get there for?

Gb - i work near to it and have never seen it so popular, porb didn't help that it got a plug on ITV4 the other night too....likely on a sat to be even busier, if your on your own you'll still get in ok, but i reckon big groups may struggle.

There have been some other bars around Shoreditch tht have suddenly realised its cool to show the TdF so if you prefer something a little stronger then coffee keep your eyes open.

Any that you can think of that could be worth checking out? I thought LMNH sold beer as well?

And a very good race it was too, you were flying Horrible tee shirt though...

Nonsuch isn't far, you are only a little way from us (4 miles mebbe) and we are heading over there because of the Foreign Visitors (i.e. Hope & Garr)...and yes, SLAG beer at LMNH...what's not to like (except it's really foamy for some reason).

Actually... my little brother is coming along (He's desperate to become an honourary pirate) and I think we're going to keep it a pretty quiet night with just a few drinks

and nonsuch is about 50 minutes cycle away... and we wont be up that early to get there in time after a night out  Think I will just have to do the Gunnersbury one again instead!
