Just remember its not about speed its about flexing a few muscles, having fun and just enjoying the weekend. There is no pressure on anyone to do anything or every session, your welcome to pick and choose, though bear in mind the knitting club will be in charge of washing up ;o)

17.00 swim session - 3 groups based on ability. I'll post the swim sets on here nearer the time.

Mark the swim coach will be with us for the whole weekend. He's an experienced triathlete so can offer a load of advice about running and biking too.
* You all owe me £6 for the pool hire by the way, would have been £5 based on the original 24 people but now there's approx 20 of us. I trust this is ok?
