I think JD ended up with the 750 ml but i don't think there has been any confirmation around cost yet

oh no, that's just me preparing the website. i've got the test bottles through. going to try them on the turbo this evening. i reckon they're fit for purpose though - they apparently produce for loads of companies including Triathlete Europe, SBR Sport, Tri&Run, British Cycling, SiS etc so they seem the people to go with.

The water bottles. I don't think we would be able to appreciate on the right intellectual level a picture of JD sweating it all out on the turbo.

I dont know if I'm more impressed by JDs efficiency at sorting bottles, or his dedication to turboing. Bravo that man.

Left bottle is teh translucent yellow, which is a bit rubbish. but it is the 750ml design we're going for .. wide mouth so it's easy to get your energy power into it, also easy to see if there's mould in there plus to clean it. the colour will be like the bottle on the right. nice bright yellow with black print. bottle & print quality seems perfect to me.

so, remaining decision really is whether to go for "exclusive limited edition run" of the bottles and order 150 or go for "every man and his do will have one, you'll see them everywhere and grow to hate them" edition and order 300. will be a 30p saving per bottle if we go for 300. i don't know really, i mean i think everyone who wants one will have come forward by now. so 300 is probably an overkill for the Pirates.

At present I think the count was around 130 at the most, that leaves 25-30 ish for those that missed the order or want a couple more.

sorry to nit pick....but can someone tell me how easy it is to get the bigger sized bottles in and out of your cage if you have a compact frame. My bike is teeny weeny, looking at that pic, I can see me not fitting it in.
