I thought I'd start the 2010 thread. I've got a huge way to go and did so badly in 2009. But tomorrow's a new beginning...

will weigh in tomorrow morning but i'm guessing i'm at 186.  was 184 back in july.  given i've done little since imch and eaten and drunk all i want i'm pretty pleased there's been little weight gained.  the only difference between my diet now and back in 2007/2008 when i was 220 is cutting out the lunchtime tuna baguette and packet of crisps.  just goes to show how all those extra calories add up over time.

anyway, new triathlete europe magazine turned up today.  there's a meal replacement in there.  three sachet's a day.  only £35 for 10 sachets!  but, i think i'll find out a bit more as i reckon you could make up the drink yourself without much effort.

Altho me not a pirate, me would like to join in.  Don't have scales at home so have to use ones in gym and they are metric.  Is that allowed? If so, will weigh in tomorrow

just multiply by 2.2 and you'll have your weight in pounds.

I made a mistake there you're right, it's actually £39.95 for 10 x 45g sachets.  I'm assuming that one sachet is one meal, 3 satchets a day, or shall we say two and a decent cooked meal plus take the weekend off so £35 per week!  Makes the weight watchers drinks look like a good deal!
