I can very easily adapt the plan to include a pub GB   ... sorry to read of your ankle woe's mate, although i do think you are taking the easy way out and that you should have transferred to the wheelchair event . lightweight

Slag - i'll be at mudchute

i've joined GB on the injured bench for the last week after i was knocked off my mountain bike

good news is that i appear to be recovering - bike is toast though

im alright thankfully - sore ankles that have kept me from running for the last week - but have been fine to ride

im doing Milton Keynes now, which is the same day

not sure a PB is on the cards anymore but i'll give it a good go

I think the starts are based on numbers as well so anyone under number 15,000(?) is Blue start.

Yep a catchup on Thurs sounds good,  I need to juggle a couple of meetings next Weds / Thurs / Fri,  I'll call next week when diary is a bit more certain.

PRW, the info is in the last mag they sent out.  Depending on where you number falls determines what colour start you're at.  You've got high number there so I suspect you're a Red start ...  but that's a guess !
