what I meant is that it's a September event.

That could rule me out as fitting enough training in over scjhool summer hols is probably not realistic.

Was hoping it was June/early July.

Bala middle would seem to be a good option for Henley? Hilly, with an uphill swim. About 10-12 weeks before?

Does Henley offer a relay option?
