Assuming you mean 1k, Evans also stock them. Bought my last mountain bike from the Trafford store. Good service and knowledgable staff.

I don't know Dave.  Holgs has got all the royalties from his books!    But 10K?!! Seriously?

The saddle broke off second time out...... Don't think it was really one of the quick ones

£10k intended.

It strikes me that there is no serious Q. Roo dealer in the UK, which means importing. That's fine, but unless I take the bike through a warehousing set up in Japan, I'll be paying duties.

why QR??  for £10k you can get - imho - much better bikes.

I've got a Roo.  I bought it from Evans Cycles.  Its a TT.  Last years model.  It should have been £1,500, but cause its last years model i got it for £800.  I love it.  I've had it nearly a year and have had no problems with it.

10k - for a bike ? Do QR even make bikes that expensive ?

Anything over a few grand and you're not getting VFM. Buy a decent bike and then spend the rest of it on training camps, coaches or a spare bike.

Bikes in that price bracket are for Mamils who don't understand cycling.

You could get a top of the range Quintana Roo CD0.1 Dura Ace Di2 for less than £4k

But if we can get people to shell out 10k on a Roo, we could make a killing importing them

That's the one. Seeking one for training and one for racing. The thing is, finding a decent UK dealer.

Not sure why you need 2 ? I have a second set of wheels for my TT bike for when I'm training, damn sight less expensive than 2 bikes
