Thanks for the competition guys. From my records I...

ran 497 miles
cycled 2050 miles (of which 896 were turbo miles)
swam 44 miles

But as Meface pointed out the only stat that really matters was that on 7 August 2011 I swam 2.4miles, biked 112 miles and minced 26.2 miles. Not that I mince!

well put gladys - i cant believe that was your first iron - i have seen the pictures and thought mincing like that would take a good few years to master, youre a natural

5-mile run to finish on NYE. Chest infection brewing, so I'll be a slow starter into the 2012 thread.
