Ran the New year day liverbird marathon in memory of my cat (Kitty) which she had cancer and was put down on new year eve. With 48miles already ran on days prior to the marathon most certainly made it the toughest event ever taken part in.

Another one re-joining after letting it slide after Outlaw last year. 8 mile run yesterday, and the Tadworth 10 (+ warm up mile) today. Target races this year once again are London Marathon, Outlaw, and possibly IM Wales.

Run with my training buddy. A new route as I moan too much on one of the hills apparently.....to which I said brilliant as I had promised myself I wouldn't moan and I would run the whole way up Kerves Lane....Oh we are still doing that one he said...tis the other one we aren't doing!!!! Bugger.....wish I hadn't said cos had to blinking run the whole thing.
