I've managed 3 swims so far, Sunday I did 1000m of drills, Monday evening went to tri club trg sesh, and yesterday did 2km straight swim - all of them with pull bouy and using arms only. Doing core/weight training too. Hope I can get on the exercise bike in a few days so I don't lose too much on the cycling front. I don't think I'll be able to run very much of the mara, so right now planning on speed walking as much as possible.
