Great team m.eface,  she'll be overtaking you in no time.   Hampton sounds like much more interesting swim than an indoor pool.

Well done evil pixie.

Definitely - they do a good sprint tri there as well. Thames Turbo Tri group base themselves there. I half hoped Guildford Lido would be doing it as it is a 50m. Guildford Sports Park couldn't tell me if they were using a 25 or a 50m set-up. So opted for Hamptons 36m.

I still got cramps in calves and a couple of spasms in thighs from pushing of the walls so many times.

Some fast work by the quick folk and some solid efforts by those further back. I think there is more pressure when faced with cut-offs. Awesome work all.

m..eface - I definitely noted my ankles and calves suffering from pushing off so much.

well, going to my masters swim session tonight to see if everything is still working!

Guildford sports park used 25m, that's where I did it, so Hampton was a good choice if you wanted a longer pool.

Hope your masters isn't too hard maths

my shoulders ache today and I also have that dull achy patch on my calf where it went wanna-cramp-NOW and I managed to stretch it out (swimming with foot flexed up and no leg movement!) before it cramped properly

masters swim was surprisingly unachy!
