I can;t see I have received payment from the people listed below for their water bottles

ACoops
Bobby Nobby
Borobhoy
Britrisky
button mushroom
Cake
Doner Kebab
EricIsBananaman
Holly_Golightly
Lee the Pea
Naan Chukka
PO.dds
Razor51
seren nos
Soap Mactavish
TJ1004
Scuba Trooper

I know I said the deadline was 9 November, but considering two-thirds of people have paid, I would like to get all monies in as soon as possible so I can progress the order and hopefully have them by Christmas.

Please can I remind you that, apart from one or two names on the list, you said you wanted to proceed with the order when the price was announced and it is on this basis that the bankroller agreed to fund the shortfall and I started to collect payments

Thanks

I definitely haven't received it.  The payments marked on my spreadsheet reconcile exactly to my bank statement and there can be on-one else who pays the same amount as you because of the pence identifier.

Are you sure it has definitely left your bank account?

My apologies - payment now gone through, hopefully

Schmunks,
Not sure if I've missed a step or email (newbie) but I haven't received any confirmation or payment details. Can I confirm the order for 2 bottles
Thanks

Mr Monic - thanks for your interest in PSOF Water Bottles.

I am not standing as gatekeeper or here to stop anyone having kit and/or accessories, but I notice you have only posted twice and both of those have been asking for bottles.

Please could you tell us a little about yourself and your Tri ambitions and what has attracted you to the Pirates (or at least the water bottles )

I am sure you can see that in order to support you we need to know a little about you. After all, you wouldn't approach your local tri club and ask for kit/accessories without saying a little of who you are and why you are interested in them

No worries. Completely understand. i did leave a quick newbie message on FB but happy to expand.

I got into tri in 2006 following a drunken poker game. JD + Internet + credit card is a bad combo. When the hangover subsided I was quite up for the "challenge" (London sprint tri) and enjoyed the training and race day. Since then work has conspired to make committing to races and training difficult plus a new sprog hasn't helped. I've done a few marathons (slowly) over the last couple of years but no tri. I've always fancied going long and signed up for IMUK in 2011 but the the misses found she was expecting and that was the end of that. Fast forward to now and I've signed up for the half outlaw with a view to doing the full outlaw in 2014. I'll be 43 then so hopefully still capable. Training is getting back on track (10k=47m) but now seem more focused than before.

I heard about PSOF through an article on a pirate in one of the mags. Sounded like a great spirit and this is borne out by the forums etc. one thing that really appeals is that it is location neutral so likely to come across a pirate anywhere which helps if/when you travel, hence the kit/bottle sign. I'm hoping to make the Xmas bash to catch up with a few others ... I'm originally from weston so have had a few good sessions in Bristol although now live near gatwick.

The nickname stuck after some p**s poor handwriting at college. No doubt after this I'll get mercilessly ribbed and a new moniker. Sorry for the war and peace. Photo on FB for the curious. M
