Got permission for a couple at last! Looks like I'm stalking AH mainly!

For those based in the SE, the Dunwich Dynamo will take place (I think) on the evening of 30/6 - 1/7.  Not exactly a sportive, just a fairly long bike ride from London to the Suffolk coast overnight.

No real website to stick up as I'm not sure how much Southwark Cyclists are going to get involved nowadays.

Good fun though.

I have seen this advertised and really want to do it one year, it looks great

pity it's the same day/night as outlaw

I have just entered the 80 mile Jodrell Bank this weekend.

My first ever Sportive and I have never done more than 60 miles before.

Any advice welcome as suddenly very scared.

looking at the profile, most of the climbing is in the last 20-30 miles so pace accordingly I guess. Thought the 50 miles last year was lumpy enough but I wasn't really race fit at that point.

I don't have any pirate cycling kit but I'll keep an eye out for arm warmers then.
