Your welcome RP I think doing part of the run in just socks was a good idea or I wouldn't have managed the pain much longer in my toes. No idea what was happening but it felt like someone had stood on my toes with boots on a few times. Once i took the shoes off for a while and just walked/ran in socks I could put them back on for a while again. PW half time but its dunned.
how are the feet?
I agree my PW for a half, never mind...next year?
