Been announced by Activity Wales that they are putting on a half ironman in Fishgaurd on the 3rd of August 2013. May be of interest to some. Certainly im interested. http://www.activitywalesevents.com/activity-wales-launch-middle-distance-in-2013-dates/

tempted...but its not on the smae course is it.it avoids the hills.,.............and thats usally when I'm on holiday..........

Oh bugger this looks to good to miss if they do as good a job as IM Wales it will be a belter
