Can't Swim, Can't Ride, Can't Run, Can't write.

Very good book (apparantly).

What are you looking for Sprint,  Ironman or something for the weekend?

Well,
Initially I think I should be able to manage Olympic - the aim would be Olympic this year and 1/2 IM next year with the prospect of a full IM in two years time.

Current PB:
HM: 1:46
10K: 44

Do you think I am being realistic?
Thank you

no offence but running PBs mean nothing - them figures are much better than alot of the ironmen and ladies on here - its the endurance side of things that matter,.... and the biking

and also if you can run a half mara = you should be doing half iron now  ...and IM next season at latest

  1. read the book as suggested above for general inspiration
  2. buy "Be Iron Fit" by Don Fink as a proper training manual for IM
  3. come to this thread with us other newbies
