Went for my 12 mile SLR today was feeling ok sticking to 8k in under 1 hr pace. It's a very undulating run route needed to pop into hotel at 10k was desperate for number 2 so can't do that in hedge

anyway decided to increase route the idea being the longer I run out I will have to come back lol. So did 16 miles instead legs were very battered at he end but feel good I did the extra miles. I only managed 1 4 mile run in week so plan has gone straight out window in week one lol
Good luck today MC I'm yet to do a 10k race in under 1hr

although never done a straight 10k always done an obstacle race.
